Q: I want an item that does not appear on your website, can you still order it for me?
A: While Stitch Nation offers a large selection of merchandise, we realize that we cannot stock every item available. If there is an item that you would like us to special order, please contact us by using our contact form.

Q: I have a garment that I received as a gift, can I get it customized at Stitch Nation even if I don't know if it was purchased there?
A: Stitch Nation can customize and personalize practically every item. First, visit the customization section under the type of product that you would like to customize. Complete the product customization and add it to your shopping cart. When checking out, include in the special instructions that we should be expecting your item mailed to us. Finally, please print a copy of your shopping cart invoice along with your item to be customized to:

Q: I need my order in a few days, do you offer express shipping?
A: Most items that require customization may not be ready for immediate shipment. However, we do offer a large selection of in-stock items that can be express shipped. Please refer to our shipping section for further details.

Q: Can I get a discount for ordering several of the same items?
A: Yes, many of our items are available for large quantity discounts. Contact us for more details. You can also refer to our convention link on the main menu for details.

Q: I want additional customization than what is offered. How do I do this?
A: We can usually meet most customization and personalization requests. First order the item(s) you want to customize and then contact us with the additional customization requests. You can do this by filling out the special instructions when checking out.

Q: If I place an order today, when will I get my order?
A: If every item in the order is in-stock, we will ship the order immediately after processing. If we are waiting for a customized item, the order will be shipped just as soon as the entire order is ready. For more details about our shipping policies, please browse our shipping section.

Q: Our chapter is interested in ordering from Stitch Nation, can you send us a catalogue?
A: In order to remain current and serve our customers better, Stitch Nation constantly updates and modifies our inventory on our website. Although, we do not publish a hardcopy catalogue, we display the items we stock regularly on our "on-line catalogue".

Q: What shipping service will be used to send my order?
A: Stitch Nation utilizes United States Postal Service as our primary carrier. At times, speedier service may be available through a different shipping company. Please visit our shipping section for more details.

Can I cancel an order after it has been submitted?

Do I have to sign in with my account name and password to browse the site?
No. Stitch Nation site visitors can freely browse the web site. Shoppers use their account name and password only to update account information on file or track an order they have placed.

Is ordering online safe?

How can I check my order status?
You can find your order status under the my account section of our site. When you placed your order with us, you should have received a confirmation email with your order number referenced in the subject line.
